    I think everyone that is familiar with CE is going to be very surprised at who is sitting at the head table of the IFOCE banquet on Cake Boss. SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE.

    Rich LeFevre won a Trip Rewards-sponsored cake contest in NYC a few years ago. If it’s not him it has got to be the sweets king —- Deep Dish Bertoletti.

    Wouldn’t it be sweet if it’s “The Sweet Queen” from Japan, Takako Akasaka. That would be too surprising, highly unlikely, but it would also be very sweet if it’s Carlene and Rich.
