The contest was 10 minutes. There was an amateur competition that preceded the pro event that went for 8 minutes.
This contest sponsored by the local Red Robin restaurants, it is one of the most exciting eating competitions in the area. It’s the highlight of a great small town Americana food festival. Taking place in a beer garden with continuous live music from 10 am to 7 pm, it is ripe for excitement and a very enthusiastic crowd. At time the cheering is deafening.
Plan to attend next year, the date is Sept 3rd, 2022.
