    The recipe for those tacos is online and each taco calls for 8 eggs. That means Molly ate 104 eggs… is that a new record? 13 of these tacos also calls for 104 strips of bacon (about 5 pounds), 13 pounds of potatoes and a little under 5 pounds of cheese… plus the eggs which probably tallied about 11 pounds… 34 pounds of food, which might be Molly’s biggest meal ever. Any way to confirm?

    Sorry, but you’re way off the mark.

    The recipe on food channel.com is for four tacos, not just one, so they have two eggs each.

    Adam Richmond attempted to eat 8 tacos (The record at the time) for an episode of Man VS Food back when he was the host years ago. He showed how the tacos were made and said they weigh 3/4 of a pound each, so Molly did about 10lbs for the new record.
