    Yea she did the same thing in the Topanga hot dog contest. It was likely “pre-planned”, so that Raina comes off as very generous, when in reality, she set-up these contests with the venue knowing she has 99.99% chance of winning. Easy money for her, and easy content for her (which = more money). So her “giving up” some of her $1,000 prize is merely a pre-planned strategy to come-off as an overly-giving human being. I’m sure she also gets an appearance fee as well–but she’s not splitting that with anyone…
