Randy’s new channel is burning up YouTube. He starts off with doing a dexa scan which has been shown to be actually called DEXA SCAM due to how inaccurate it is.

Why would I expect my channel to start off well? The market is crazy saturated, lol, and my only solution to getting ahead is likely to just pay for followers and run ads for continued inorganic growth!!

Also, you sound like all the people who bash BMI for not always being accurate, but then have absolutely no better solution. Tits on fish. There are more accurate ways to determine someone’s body composition, but they are quite invasive (DEXA is noninvasive). I basically go through the same process whenever I rotisserie whole chickens. Break apart the limbs and separate the skin (high fat) from the meat, and remove the breasts from the bones. Then you can weigh the fat, meat, and bones separately and do the calculations. I’m pretty sure I’d rather just find out via DEXA though, myself. Do I need to bust out my favorite Tommy Boy quote for you?

Randy the market is saturated. Those that have actually been in the weight loss/physique/body recomp/diet/transform channels for YEARS have been slowly fading away. The fact that you can’t give up doing food challenges is case in point. The money. Or, your eating disorder. Because you have one just like everyone else.

Quit throwing shade on those that can actually keep a physique and not turn into a sloppy mess (Randy: everyone pukes who does!) just because you have never had to the control to do so yourself while doing food challenges. And, yes, it can be done without puking.

You keep pushing your “retirement” date under the guise of some new ridiculous record no one cares about nor will remember you by.

The fact of the matter on Dexa is it literally sucks as a BF measuring tool. Here’s a more accurate suggestion. SKIN CALIPERS. And, have someone who knows how to do the measuring. They are out there. I’m sure Katina could get the proper skill down to do calipers too. And, cheaper by far.

I just asked Grok this: how many body recomp/diet/fitness youtube channels are there?

His key response verbatim: The space is saturated—new channels pop up constantly, especially for home workouts, women’s fitness over 40, natural approaches, etc.

And, the bowling diet? Really? Why would you think yet another DIET method will somehow go viral? Good luck with that. And, unfortunately for you, you let your body go to shit so to use your physique AT ALL as your calling card, well, is not going to be easy. Gonna use old photos for promotion? Shame on you if you do.

Yeah, what Randy is currently posting on that new channel (Transformation stuff) has been done so many times by so many that is not unique. Fat person loses weight. I guess his 1.82M subs didn’t carry over to his new channel. A massive 293. And, 57 views on his latest (ZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzz) in 14 hrs. Killing it as someone pointed out.

I already told you the market is saturated, lol and you are mad at me for agreeing with you? “Viral” meant something like 6 years ago haha “viral” is now as overused as “love,” and means very little most of the time. If my overall monthly income ever dips below $20k a month, which hasn’t happened since July 2018, I promise to ask you for help and guidance… or I can just ask the person I’m marrying in October for money who makes more than you and me combined.

I have been on YouTube since 2010 and wasn’t actually profitable until my Facebook started monetizing in June 2018. I’m well aware of how it all works. You keep using Grok and making sure we all know that you fancy Mr Musk. You ain’t no Elon, buddy, but why do you need to be? Be the best YOU that you can be, and I think we can all agree that you also suck at doing that, wasting your time on here, commenting nonsense.

I made $52,000 USD my first year out of college in construction management (2008-2009) as an estimator, before taxes. My goal on YouTube originally was just to make close to that, without having to do construction anymore, while being able to do food challenges, exercise, and travel. I’m well aware of how slow it can go lol since it was a long time before that goal happened in 20018. So you don’t need to ask Grok, that means my goal was only to make $4,333.33 before taxes each month, plus a little more at some point to cover travel expenses.

A YouTuber’s goal doesn’t need to be #1 in anything, or have any goal that makes you proud of them. I have no debt, our modest house is paid off here in Nashville, and my family is all debt free as well, all thanks to my (and Katina’s) YouTube / Facebook career which now includes TikTok, Snapchat, MSN, and others. You play your game how you want, and I’ll do things my way, and I promise it won’t be me asking you for money lol.

And just to gain something from this, since you are so knowledgeable… My body fat per the DEXA back when I got it was 36.2%. Was that way off? I published my results, so I’m curious what you think is so wrong? Am I closer to 12% body fat? 56% body fat? Please do tell. Thanks!!

i had no idea you can get monetized on facebook or make money on fb i have around 60 FB friends most of them dont even know i exist let alone respond to my posts What do they monetize? As far as tik tok snapchat etc i cant believe that surscibing to any of those services will earn you any kind of a decent income unless your have millions of subs and views on YT 20k a month you claim is believable comes to $240k a year The youtubers who boast about making half a million to a mil per year are full of shit

Funny how you didn’t address the “new channel” in your response. Not really. Ok, so you realize the market is saturated. Must be just a labor of love then? Or is it to justify not waste all the time on an advanced useless degree?

You are fatter than 36%. You are in the 40s. For sure higher than 36%. All the potential floppy skin should be interesting if you actually get down to what you should be at with a true say 15% bf. Hopefully you have good enough skin genetics it contracts. I don’t know though. You’ve been badly obese for a long time. Maybe you can use all that money to get some plastic surgery? So do you agree that you could have kept a better physique doing food challenges or are you still claiming only “Pukers” can keep their physique in doing challenges? I noted you skipped right over that part of the comment.

It’s also funny you just assume people who you call out are somehow “less well off” than you are? Maybe I am a multi-millionaire? Who knows eh? Must be a defensive thing kicking in to deflect the original post direction?

You don’t address my suggestion either. Using Calipers. Way more consistent and accurate than a machine you can eat some salty food or be retaining water and you all of a sudden gain 10lbs of new muscle test to test.

Hey Randy, thanking you for replying to all the troll posts. Legit question for you. Do you plan to disassociate from all the known pukers in CE you currently collaborate with? I’m talking Max, Brandon Clark, Eli, Radim, all your buddies. To me it doesn’t look good to speak against barfing challenges when your good friends all do it, especially transitioning to a new field of work. Probably a good idea to not support this behavior either.

I’m not saying everything people are calling out Randy for is incorrect, but to the comments about being monetized on facebook, you 100% can make money on facebook and dont need a big following either. you wont make thousands of dollars obviously without a large following but facebook will monetize pages with only a few thousand follows. its pretty apparent when that happens because you see people posting spammy irrelevant shit all the time.

Facebook monetization is by invitation only. The criteria isn’t clear but typically you have high engagement, original content, and content that is deemed shareable.

Earnings on social media, frankly, has zero to do with subscribers or followers and everything to do with views. If you make engaging videos and the algorithms push you, you can make decent money.

TikTok has a monetization program that pays you for videos that are longer than 60 sec. That one is by application but you have to have 10,000 followers and a certain amount of views in the last 30 days.

I was 30 years old in 2016 when I moved back to Springfield, Missouri to start back up at school, Missouri State University. I needed my mom to cosign for my apartment which was $405 a month. I mostly used student loans to cover schooling costs. I had sold my car in 2015 for like $600, since too many things were breaking down and I didn’t have the money to fix it all. Moved into a spot where I could ride my bike everywhere. Facebook monetized in June 2018. During the month of October 2018, I was in some sort of testing program where Facebook pushed my stuff, and I made just over $41,000 during that month alone. Paid off all my loans, the rest of mom and dad’s house loan, and for the rest of my semesters at Missouri State. Lol for like 13-15 months, I was making over $10,000 a month, just posting reels on Facebook, while they were ultra monetized. Facebook has never made more than YouTube though, annually. Facebook monetization is tougher now, but Snapchat makes up for that, and has been for a few years now.

I’ll bet that $41,000 to anyone who wants to bet whether I’m 40% body fat or higher, currently. Please contact me directly if interested.

1:50 I wasn’t assuming anything. It can be said with 0 doubt that you are doing far worse than you want to be, with everything. If you were doing well, living up to your potential, you would not be on here, commenting nonsense to people anonymously who are doing better than you, trying to tear them down, rather than build yourself up. I don’t care whether you are a millionaire or aren’t. You can have $20 million. All I said is that it won’t be me asking you for money. Don’t be too close-minded to understand situation C where neither of us ask the other person for money. Blame the social media algorithms or whatever else you want, besides the person you see in the mirror, and see how things go for you moving forward. Good luck!

Randy: Too funny. Have you ever considered that someone might post to call out all the fraud, hypocrisy, con men, and those that lack discernment and integrity? Maybe call out the people who are two-faced? Maybe they are doing it because of all the utter bullshit fake crap that we are finding out about in the world? Maybe this site enables some accountability? Maybe it can be used for TRUTH. There are thousands of web sites dedicated to the TRUTH. The fact that you got sucked in by the bait is case in point (you have been around the block! You should know better!) you are the one with many issues and the fact you just HAD to respond is again the proof. Best of luck with the new channel.

Reuploading old you tube videos from your channel posting them as most recent is the only way to get new exposure People are too damn lazy or just won’t bother searching older videos on your channel that had moderate success in the past

3:51 – There is nothing wrong with reuploading older content if it still gets engagement and your following is into it. Thats the social media game when it comes to revenue like it or not.

I started uploading the same YouTube files to Facebook back in 2015, if I remember right. We lost some views on YouTube because of it, but I knew Facebook would eventually monetize and then I’d already have a big start on everyone waiting until videos were monetized. That happened in June 2018 while I was in England, and I remember getting the email about it. That was the best part, is that I was just uploading the same video that was being posted to YouTube, so there wasn’t much extra work at all. A guy emailed me back in January 2022 about starting a TikTok channel for me, posting 4 videos a week. I said yes and uploaded all those same videos to Facebook once Meta started monetizing reels. Facebook used to have awesome bonuses for reels, trying to basically copy TikTok and keep users on the platform. Then in January 2023, a different company contacted me about starting a SnapChat channel for me, and handling all that. That company now handles my Snapchat, TikTok, Microsoft Start (MSN) lol whatever that is, and they post all the Facebook videos vertically now. I stopped posting the YouTube videos natively last year, based on analytics. Never really got into YouTube shorts. I have a bunch that I can post, and just haven’t. I agree regarding Instagram, whoever said that. Of the channels I actually handle, Twitter / X and IG are the ones I spend the least time on.

What happened for me, cannot really be copied. Everything is completely different now. I started and was full speed while Unilad, Lad Bible, and all the other pages could monetize other people’s content. I constantly got messages from companies wanting to share my stuff and repurpose my videos, and I always said yes without asking for anything besides credit. None of that is happening anymore, so people can’t just grow like that. Now, lol if anyone repurposes my videos, I get to monetize it myself. Even posts are monetized on Facebook now, which is great, but Meta is nothing like it was prior to I’d say 2023 or maybe 2025. Ships have sailed, and it’s harder to make money now, or at least as much as from 2018 to 2023. Like I said previously though, Snapchat makes up for that though. No idea why anyone watches videos on there though, since there are so many freakin’ ads. I tried watching one of my videos on there and there were ads every like 20 seconds haha never made it through a whole one.

Some of that is bragging, but it is not the main goal. I’m mostly detailing what all happened up until this point, for those who asked. I also just want to make sure whoever is commenting the unprovoked nonsense about me and other people, thinks about me during their last few moments before falling asleep each night.

i think reuploading old videos on you tube is the way to go although beware some of the viewers or subs might catch on and say wait a min this guy looks alot younger all oa sudden and lead one to believe the video was uploaded a long time ago but hey its better than having those videos buried at the bottom of your channel when you know as well as that subs wont surf through your channel unless its new or recent video

Randy YouTube came into existence in 2005 two years later they started paying creators small but moderate revenue for uploading their videos to the channel I don’t believe there was a subscriber and watchtime requirement but it was only available for select creators or by invitation only it wasn’t until 2012 that it became available to the general public in which you can get your videos published Before 2007 I would videotape footage with my camcorder or set my vcr to record a news segment or a talk show I appeared on it because YouTube wasnt available to me to earn revenue before 2011 I would upload my footage to third party servers or websites without a clue as to earning money from it or whether you can make money doing so when I eventually became eligible for monetization a few years after 2012 that started seeing some revenue Mind you I was uploading footage that was several years after the fact and you needed only 300 subs and maybe 100 hrs watchtime to get monetized check me if I’m wrong on those figures Around 10 -12 yrs ago it was very easy to accumulate a ton of views on your videos
