Stephanie Wu has started a website documenting her eating challenges at http://stephaniesamerica.com/eating.html. Stephanie has set two overall records and nine women's records since she started doing eating challenges in northern California in December.

    hey just for an update… shes not the fastest nor the only women to do the belly buster… Jessica Hussin did it belive in 47?

    This is a great blog, documenting lots of challenges in the Norcal area. There’s not much information on some of these challenges out there. I’ve definitely found lots of useful information. Great work on the actual eating feats!

    Hi everyone! Thanks for all the kind words. I did work very hard on that site, though my lack of knowledge of html is showing. I have to thank EatFeats.com, as that is where I learned of most of the challenges. I had a lot of fun doing all these challenges and just as much documenting them for my website. I wanted to include as much info as possible to help others who may want to try them, especially if I had tips or good pics of what the food actually looked like. The more you know before a contest, the better chance you have of winning. Stephanie
