Sarah "Unstoppable Bab" Reinecke announced she won the Simple Burger division of last night's eating contest and a $200 prize at Stoopid Burger in Portland. Ryan "Max Carnage" Rodacker took the Stoopid Burger division to win a $250 prize and Juan "More Bite" Rodriguez ate an 8 pound Super Ignorant Burger in 24 minutes to win $300.

    I remember Sam told me that I couldn’t do food challenges and non-sanctioned events. I brought up to him that many MLE members do outside contests & food challenges. To which he replied, “I had no idea.”

    Eye roll.

    Now I get waitlisted from all the events, and the MLE end table eaters & locals get picked over me, that can eat 2 pounds of burritos in a contest. Or allow grotesquely obese people at the table.

    Way to go, MLE. Your organization is a joke.

    When you register for an event George Shea stands over Sam when he reviews the applicants and gives him the ok whether or not you get in . If you get waitlisted and decide to email George about it he says “its not up to me”
