    I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again. Except for Koby, Pat is the best pure speed eater out there. Joey needs water to loosen the path to his stomach to out-eat Pat in most foods. Joey needs an additive, the gimmick of water to do his best. Pat is a natural. The food he sees is all he needs.

    Joey, Koby, Tim, and Bob have learned how to excel (that’s an understatement) in food-drinking (for lack of better terms). But Pat Bertoletti is the best of that lot. Yet, because the two contests that solely determine the rankings are food-drinking events, Pat (and Sonya also) will always be ranked below the level of his unaided talent.

    I’ll second that and so will Carlene! Mike has always done an outstanding job as MC and it is great to see him get the accolades he so richly deserves. By the way, congrats to Hall and Tim – really awesome performances for both of you in your qualifiers as well as everyone else who put up such good numbers in the three events. Also, it’s great to have you back competing, Badlands.

    Nice to see Mike finally getting the credit he deserves…Mikes the man!!! Very original, and connects great with the crowds..He understands that people in different parts of the country find different things entertaining, someone in Texas doesnt have the same sense of humor than someone in NYC and makes adjustments accordingly….I love his style!!!!!

    Oh and the Last Dragon is in my top 10 of all time movies…..It was hot ….I wanted to be that little chinese kid who kicked ass soooo bad….Couldnt get the hair right though, there was no way a lil fat, brown Puerto Rican kid with an afro could look chinese, to fat to be Leroy, to young and ugly for Vanity….Life really sucked back then.

Truth is all the MC’s do a great job…I definatly would not be half the CE MC i am today if it wasn’t for Boy George, Awkwafresh, & Dr. Alfred Ryan Nerz… But nice to have the compliments thanks again:-) Hi Rich and Carlene! Haven’t seen yal in too long! O man…miss you guys, chomp some ribs out there in ORegon, I’ll not be there this year…hopefully see you in Reno.     Mike, I have to say that you are an awesome MC. All you guys do a pretty awesome job. After every contest people are not only talking about the sick amount of food eaten, but how hilarious and entertaining the MCs are.
    I can’t wait to see you guys on the 4th. MCs, eater’s, and others included. I know I’ll be hanging out on the boardwalk after the contest. ;o)

    Mike has the talent not only to be a great MC but a great DJ as well. For anyone that subscribes to XM radio there is a guy that hosts a very informative R& B 50’s music show called Harlem on XM ch 5 his name is Matt the Cat He sounds just like Mike but Mike informed me that Mike and Matt are not one and the same.

    Halloween Mtv 2.5 lbs of candy(snickers 3musketeers,milky way) in 6 mins. Remember the hostess dressed as Cleopatra? Remember the 2002 Hot Apple Dumpling Eating comp in Sycksville PA? Now that was a while ago! Locals were missing so many teeth , you’d think the Cornut eating comp was the day before! Good to have you back Eric!
