Loren Yarbrough has noticed that Joey Chestnut’s home page located at futureofeating.com has opened with a lot of pictures from Wing Bowl 14.

    Why do you close comments on anything regarding any eater or org. besides the feds?

    I agree with Joe 100 percent. Is this because you are afraid of the backlash of comments be it nasty or vulgar in nature? This is much more interesting in my opinion than going back and forth talking about sonya and the gal. I mean really who the hell cares. OJ im not trying to be a snot but i believe that you can open the doors and let those comments through as long as personal and vicious attacks on the eaters are edited out. In defense of OJ i do believe that he is doing this to protect me and a few others from nasty vicious remarks made by a few members of another organization but that doesnt mean the normal people cant have a say in this as long as it is kept civil

    The dogs and other caloric food stuffs are going to his stomach. He has gained a substantial amount of weight since he started eating in the contests. Joey is gettin’ fat. And, his head is not far behind his stomach.

    I’m going to agree with G-Joe and Brian on this one. So what if there is this “rivalry.” Post articles and info pertaining to competitive eating and omit the comments that go to far. Yea, there is heckling towards one another but that’s the way it is with any sport or sport entertainment. It’s to be expected.
