Netflix produced a video about the rules for the "Unfinished Beef" matchup between Joey Chestnut and Takeru Kobayashi.The New York Post has an article about the dunking ban for the competition. Dunking buns in water was prohibited in the 2009 Krystal Square Off slider eating contest, which Kobayashi won handily.

    The problem is we have not seen Kobayashi eat in a very long time.
    I hope it’s not the case, but many are thinking Joey will eat circles around him.
    The pay will be great regardless, but Koby appears to have a high regard for his dignity/honor.
    We will see very shortly.
