The new layout is excellent! I love the new column listing cash prizes, as well as the fact that large metropolitan areas have been split off of the big cities.
Keep it up!

I am quite new to this site and have a couple things I don’t understand. These contest/challenges – are they open to anyone? Is registration needed or is it that u just walk into the restaurant and participate. Also would a ranked eater be permitted to do these challenges as I’d like to bring other people w/me to try them but don’t know if they’d be “allowed?” to do them.

It depends on the contest/challenge in question. Most challenages you can walk in and do but some you need to set up a time to do, best to call the place and find out. Like the larger pizza ones they normally want a time because it shuts down an oven and they dont want you coming in during their rush and what not. Abomb would be a good contact I am sure. Contest vary depending on who is throwing them. IFOCE has sign ups and will do the random crowd picks for some and not others. Hey if your not allowed then you know about that also ahead of time.
