I’d be more interested to see her time using forks and knives like all the other times posted. It makes the comparisons a little more legitimate.

Agreed! It’s easy if you’re permitted to cut it up into small manageable pieces. Maybe she should try eating all of the steak, sides, salad, and bread like the rest of us.

Pretty crazy pizza video. Why one-handed though? Not sure why Guinness felt the need to throw that caveat in there, other than to make it a little more challenging.

@ 12:36, I’ve never really heard of them but using the magical phenomenon known as Google quickly reveals they are an Oregon based group of eaters. Website: http://www.bigeatersclub.com/ and YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/bigeatersclub/about. They don’t appear to be especially large or to have too many well known individuals with a few exceptions.

Also, eating with forks and knives compared to your bare hands adds a much larger element of difficulty when it comes to time.

The steak record was impressive but keep in mind that Ed Jarvis ate a 76oz steak at J& R steakhouse in under 8 min. The 76oz steak had rough fat portions and a huge bone to deal with. Impossible to just pick it up and eat with your hands. You needed a fork and knife. Molly steak was a grade A cut with little fat and no bone

I ate an 84 oz prime rib in 19:10, but no sides. Molly Schuyler probably could have done it in 2 minutes!
