Hall Hunt repeats at Charlotte qualifier
Charlotte / Concord results from IFOCE.com Hall Hunt repeats with a victory margin considerably larger than in 2007.

2. Todd Hennessey 18
3. Chris Wooten 11, UNC Charlotte student
The Salisbury Post has an article about the qualifier which says that Hall “Hoover” Hunt, Pierre “The Real Deal” Abry and C. Todd “Can’t Ya See?” Hennessey are expected entrants.

Hall was on fire, so was the parking lot. We missed some of last year’s contenders – no Dr. Juris, no Tim Brown, no Juliet, no Super Paul, no Pat Bruss, – but, watching a man eat over 30 hot dogs and buns was amazing!

Wow! I am shocked. I thought for sure that Hall would eat less this year since the contest was shortened by two minutes. Well done!
The video made by the newspaper was really great too. I wish that were done at every qualifier. I would like to catch a glimpse of what there was to see with all of the hot dog eating contests.
