Webb ate 91 before he yacked.
Must be an odd feeling for him to throw-up involuntarily though…

I wonder how they’d handle it if a winner were to yack on stage after being awarded?
Pork Rolls & Tamales within 8 days of each other has to be a challenge for the ol’ gag reflex. Yechhh!

Pork rolls isn’t really a capacity contest. Most professional eaters will not experience a reversal, unless they are pushed to their true absolute capacity. Fuel will throw up due to the taste of the food. Pork roll isn’t the worst contest ever also.
Poutine, strawberry shortcake, tamales, etc. are all contests where eaters are filled to the brim. I imagine the old chili contests also had some people reversing during/right after them.

11:38 pm: Can you eat more than 80 tamales in 10 minutes?
Didn’t think so…

@8:22 agreed. I’m willing to bet most “good eaters” or if you ask them “low level eaters” couldn’t even eat 60 of those tamales. At least not without complaining to the sponsor about how bad their day was.

Puking 91 tamales is almost as impressive as eating 91 tamales. Padrino pork tamales weigh 5 ounces each, which amounts to over 28 pounds

944 am- No, no they don’t. If they did, then the totals for each eater would have been much lower.
Derek isn’t eating over 17 lbs of tamales, and Nick isn’t eating 21.25 lbs. My guess is that they are close to 3oz each, maybe a bit less.

To be fair, I think only the commenter at 9:44 is talking about 5 oz. tamales.
