Hall Hunt Czech trip repot

Hall Hunt has posted a blog entry about his trip to the Czech Republic to compete in eating contests at the Trnkobrani festival. He had difficulty extracting the plum pits from the plum dumplings, which he believed was required for counting purposes, but was actually unnecessary. Saturday’s contest was a pizza / pickles / ice cream triathlon. (If a pregnant woman competed, she might have won that event 😉 )

    Pat is Superman – but Hall, you are a super scribe…I’m glad you went for the local fare instead of going to bed – I love that attitude – you can sleep anytime, but you may only have one chance to soak up the local culture.
    I’m still ticked (but only a smidge) at all the northern guys for not going into the ocean with me when they visited Myrtle Beach for Broadway at the Beach – if you are near the ocean, you gotta jump in! And if you are in Czech Republic, you gotta jump in with the locals! That is what I’m talking about!!

    P.S. at least the northern dudes visited Krystal after B at the Beach – that, at least, is sampling the local fare…
