Jessica "JigsawMofo" has uploaded a video of her becoming the first female to finish the the Iron Man omelet at The Broken Yolk in San Diego. She has also posted a video of her recent attempt at the B3 Burrito in Las Vegas, which she believes was considerably more massive than the listed six pound weight.

    I like the nickname “queen of cuisine” better than “jigsawMofo” but as long as she keeps taking down these challenges she can call herself what she wants! Great job Jessica!

    Hey, it’s Jess. 🙂 Just for the record, I hate the name Jigsawmofo…I made that youtube account when I was 13 with my friend as a stupid joke and never used it until now and I can’t change my user name…if I could be referred to by another name in future posts that would be lovely thanks so much!

    The challenges she does certainly are impressive,& I will definitely be following her(no jokes,please),but what I find most fascinating about her is that she detests eating contests & has no interest in competing.Maybe that will change since she is extremely marketable considering her drop-dead looks.IFOCE needs someone like her,especially after losing Kobe.

    I completed the B3 burrito. It did seem more massive than the 6lb claim. BUT it still had to be done haha .. Way to go Jess for defeating the Iron Man. I want to do that one as well!
