James “Big Bess” Besser won the 2009 Rock the Tot contest at the Bar Louie Washington, DC location. James set a new record for that location with 2.8 pounds of tots.

That was none other than the human vacuum, I was there. Over 4 pounds, he was on his fifth tray kinda looking down the table with about a minute left.
