I enjoyed the women’s division as much as the men’s. I thought Tim would get second, but Pat keeps on improving. The way he’s going he might work up to 60 in a couple of years.

I can’t say enough good things about Matt. I believe his 34 total correlates to the most impressive American debut at Coney Island, ever. The only reason he didn’t receive ROY is because of his recency in and lack of enough IFOCE events. He will be a shoo for ROY in in 2012, unless he drops off the face of CE. Anyway, congrats to Adrian on his selection. He’s excellent!

Sonya surprised me on the upside. I pegged her for 37-38, given her low(er) qualifyng total, and the fact that she doesn’t practice. Again, I was wrong. Pepto must be proud!

Juliet did an excellent job, and I was even more impressed with Stephanie Torres. She is a dynamo! Next year she will likely eat in the mid-30s. She and Matt are the best new male-female rookie combo to enter MLE/IFOCE in the same year.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spot Pete Davekos did prior to the men’s event. He’s as good as Crazy Legs as a CE spokesman/face—-very entertaining and silky s-m-o-o-t-h!
