Jamie McDonald won the finals of the wing eating contest held at the Toasted Owl Tavern in Northampton, MA last night. Joe Menchetti was runner-up and Todd Neuman was 3rd.
The Toasted Owl Tavern in Northampton, MA will hold a chili dog eating contest in June. Four qualifiers will be held on Wednesdays and the winner of each qualifier will receive Red Sox tickets. The finals will take place on June 30.
Red Sox tickets will be awarded at an ice cream contest in Amherst, MA tomorrow. (It is not clear if the tickets are eating contest or raffle prizes).
Greg "The Great Moomsi" Maloomian has uploaded a video of the 8 pound sandwich challenge he attempted with a partner at Gus and Paul’s Deli in Springfield, MA. The challenge has raised $1,000 for the Open Pantry Organization.
