Cherish "Five Pounds" Brown was the guest on the latest Food Challenge News podcast. She says she was inspired to start competitive eating by her high appetite while cutting weight to make a MMA class. The "Five Pounds" nickname did not originate with competitive eating, but was given to her by her weightlifting coach since she was increasing the weight she lifted by five pounds with each training session. Spice specialist Alexandria of the Never Better Club was the guest on the first podcast.
