I like Don’s play on words. I think intertectical spans two dimensions: one being intergalactic and the other being intellectual. So, stealing one’s interlactical property is actually the unapproved use of one’s intellectual property, not just on earth, but on a universal (intergalactic) scale. I like it.

Rhonda it sounds more like a child in grade school crying over someone that stole his crayon. Better yet do you remember the kid sitting next to you in class that would put his hands over his notebook if he thought you were looking over and trying to copy his or her notes?. The bottom line is what ideas are being stolen? Does Lerman have copyrights or patents on these ideas? Are these million dollar ideas that have made him money or will make him money in the future? No. The only thing he is accomplishing in this ridiculous venture is causing people to distance themselves from him especially if these are people he has done business with in the past such as the IFOCE. .

I don’t think that I’ve been given a fair shake in ce . nearly every company that markets either a food item or restaurant chain , I contacted them back in 2001-2000 and told them to what ce is all about with 25 portfolios at a cost of nearly a$1,0000 , I spent a fortune traveling to contests and lodging and thou I didn’t care for the judges rulings I never complained at contests not to anger the sponsors that had nothing to do with the judging and was told after that I should have spoken up at the contest a ruling is a ruling and cant be changed .I paved the way for new school eaters . if people dont like it they dont have to be my friend ..don lerman

Don you truly are a legend. What is it that you want? What would need to occur to make you happy? Better yet, what could you do to get on that road to happiness?
I’m not trying to be smart. I ask myself these same questions whenever I feel like a victim, because if we feel like we’re victimized, we set ourselves up for perpetual disappointment, because we allow our feelings to be controlled by others. We, and we alone are responsible for our lot in life, which is our own perception of ourselves.
Don, you’ve got those great records and performances from the past that no one can ever take away. That’s a given. Treasure those accomplishments. They’re great ones. They should always make you happy. Let the bitterness go. Clinging to it is a lose-lose situation. You’re much better than that Don.
I really mean everythng stated here, and I would be just as happy to tell you that face-to-face.
