Top 5 Koby, Molly, Dave, B.O.B, and Erik. Not sure of exact numbers of the last 3 some where in the +90s range.
I spoke with Jesse and he ate 64 tacos, Really great guy and just enjoyed the trip and overall experience.
I think Edward Chin and I finished around 70ish tacos, I ate 76. Don’t know Edward’s totals.
Naader, Kevin Ross, and Jimmy Lin finished out the line up with 60ish tacos. Cool crowd and a good time as always.

Are you posting from your 24 karat gold plated MacBook while sipping your nightly bottle of champagne? Us peasants like to have fun and eat street tacos once and a while!

Hi Joe.
So We have detailed instructions for Kobayashi every year.
I go into the kitchen to check and test all taco making and talk with the people preparing from Chronic Tacos- they know me very well for it.
The tacos HAVE TO BE cooked exactly the way they are every year and kept completely foiled until the moment they get onstage. Once they begin getting cold, it’s over. They can’t eat them.
I will be on top of all of it. Are the chronic taco guys there this year? They are who used to doing the process, so I’m just wondering if they will be there?
*I need all passes to get through anything and onto the stage beforehand to prep the stage w you.
Kobayashi only drinks water. The most important thing is that the water must be warm. Very warm, depending on the weather, how hot or cold it is in the day. We’ll arrive and see how he feels there.
Kobayashi always stands in the middle of the stage and we decide who stands on either side of him.
The problem is, when he is called onto the stage last- the kids take his prepared water (which I set up from him on the stage immediately before the competition begins)-
& since I’m not able to stand there until he gets up there, I need to make SURE someone watches over it.
Last year they brought two huge tanks of steaming hot water onto the stage for him and placed it directly under the table where he stands and prepped room temp bottles of water for him to balance out the water the way he needed. It is the best way to do it.
We have a certain type & size solo cup he wants to use this year.
Thank You SO much. Looking forward to meeting up. A lot of words, but shouldn’t be a big deal.

The solution is to have Maggie carry a few gallons of warm water with her on stage when he is announced. Or label the gallons with Kobayashi’s name. Or make them a special color so the other compatitors know it belongs to someone.
