The Orange County Register reports that the Gringo Bandito Chronic Tacos eating contest will be held at the Sabroso Craft Beer, Taco & Music Festival in Dana Point on April 7. Takeru Kobayashi is expected to defend his title. update March 30 Molly Schuyler, Bob Shoudt, Dave Brunelli, Naader Reda, Kevin Ross and Jesse Pynnönen from Finland are other expected entrants.

Takeru Kobayashi defended his Gringo Ba
ndito Chronic Taco title with a record 159 tacos. Molly Schuyler was runner up with 139. I haven’t found any more results.

The Gringo Bandito Chronic Tacos Challenge will take place at the Sabroso Craft Beer, Taco & Music Festival in Doheny Beach, CA on April 8. Takeru Kobayashi is expected to defend his title. Additional competitors include Molly Schuyler, Dave Brunelli, Erik Lamkin, Naader Reda, Kevin Ross and Finnish champion Jesse Pynnönen. A contest for amateurs will also be held.
