People are only “starving” because of distribution problems. Not for a lack of food.
Admittedly, the use of food as fuel, (ethanol) MAY become a problem.
NO ONE is starving because of our contests.
In fact, more people eat for free because of these contests. The excess food is usually given to the crowd, & a good chunk of these contests have a charity component.

Rhonda, the others cease to exist once the horn sounds . It’s all about the two superstars and nobody else matters. For the life of me i can’t see what’s the big deal about being on stage . As soon as the contest begins all eyes and cameras are on two eaters with an occasional two second cameo of Sonya Crazy Legs and the Locust. Same shit every year.
