The Mississippi Valley Fair in Davenport, IA will hold a corn dog eating contest on August 6 awarding $500 to the winner. Qualifiers will be held on August 3, 4 and 5.

I think Justin Mih is the first former member of the IFOCE top 50 to be allowed back into the IFOCE/MLE after competing in an AICE/All Pro Eating contest. (Larry McNeil competed in last year’s Atlanta Nathan’s qualifier after joining the WLOCE.)
QCOnline has a list of expected entrants in the World Catfish Eating Championship on March 24 at the Rhythm City Casino in Davenport, IA. Five of the top 12-ranked IFOCE members are expected: Pat Bertoletti, Tim Janus, Adrian Morgan, Tim Brown and Aaron Osthoff. Justin Mih will also return to competitive eating after an absence of almost 4 years.
