The Wing Bowl 19 entrants list appears to be up to date and announces that "Quazy" won last Thursday's Wing Off at Downington, PA to gain a berth. (via "Snack Jack" email) Rick "the Manager" Russo also qualified by eating cakes off of four women representing the Philadelphia pro sports teams.

Furious Pete qualifies for Wing Bowl 19

The Wing Bowl website announces that “Furious” Pete Czerwinski (called Gerwinski on the website) qualified for Wing Bowl 19 by eating 50 hard boiled eggs in 12 minutes (gallery | video). Pete juggled the eggs when he realized he would have enough time to complete his stunt successfully. (originally via Brian Seiken comment)

Pete will not be the first Wing Bowl competitor from Canada. Chunk, “the Canadian Jackass”, competed in the 2005 Wing Bowl. His entourage carried a banner with “CFL: The Real Football” on it.
