To have a “March Madness” themed tournament, I have set up a series of polls for 64 eating challenges in the United States. The first round will match up challenges based on food types and the second round will have the winners of the first round polls. You can use whatever criteria you like (fame, history, food quality, uniqueness, etc.) to choose the top eating challenges.
A listing of the “brackets” follows after the jump. Please list any challenges in the comments that you think should be added. To be included, challenges must award prizes to finishers or at least maintain a “Wall of Fame” or challenge record. First round voting will start on Friday or Saturday.
