The MLE website has been updated with the Draft Kings Red Carpet Film Feast. Joey Chestnut, Matt Stonie and Geoff Esper are expected to compete in a popcorn eating contest in Las Vegas on April 25. Badlands Booker will open the event with a chug, then a 50 hard boiled egg undercard will follow. The contest will take place the the same day as the Sweet Corn Fiesta eating contest in West Palm Beach.
The Draftkings Big Game Snackdown undercard will feature George Chiger vs. Matt Hazzard in a spray cheese chugging contest. Badlands Booker was originally expected to compete, but withdrew.
The current field for the Draft Kings Big Game Snack Down in Tampa on February 7 is Joey Chestnut, Geoff Esper, Darron Breeden, Nick Wehry, Gideon Oji and Michelle Lesco after Miki Sudo will miss the competition due to her pregnancy. It is interesting that Matt Stonie is not expected to compete after his victory in the previous Draft Kings event, a Halloween candy eating contest.
The third event in a Draft Kings Major League Eating Contest trilogy, the Big Game Snackdown, will take place on February 7. The event that was to have been the second Draft Kings competition, a Thanksgiving turkey eating contest, fizzled into oblivion. Joey Chestnut, Geoff Esper, Matt Stonie, Darron Breeden, Miki Sudo and Nick Wehry are the announced entrants and will face off in a steeplechase contest in which the foods will be eight-layer dip, pepperoni pizza, boneless wings, chili, a sub sandwich, cheese balls, pigs in a blanket and jalepeño poppers. The competition will be broadcast on DraftKings' Youtube channel and Twitch stream.

Draft Kings has a page about its Halloween candy eating contest that will be held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas on Saturday. The event will be streamed on Draft Kings’ youtube and twich channels starting at 7:30 Eastern. The contest will have a first-to-finish or “steeplechase” format with a time maximum of 6 minutes. Entrants will eat in sequence a pound of the following 6 types of candies: candy corn, Kit Kats, M & Ms, Milky Ways, Snickers and Mini Reese’s.
