The Wing Bowl twitter announced that Wing Bowl 26 has sold out.   
The website for the Wing Bowl has been moved to http://wingbowl.radio.com/ and updated with information about Wing Bowl 26. The rules say that 4 people from outside the Philadelphia market area will be allowed to qualify via a stunt on streaming video and that all previous champions will get a bye. Three Wing Off qualifiers will be held at P. J. Whelihan's (dates have yet to be determined). The entrants list has also been updated with the current Wing Bowl 26 roster. Tickets officially went on sale today and Ric Flair will return as the celebrity guest.
Dan "Killer" Kennedy ate 12 cheesesteak pretzels in 8:15 this morning to qualify for Wing Bowl 26.
A pre-sale for Wing Bowl tickets is now available (promo code: "WINGS"). The price has increased to $12.50. The official sale date is December 14.
Philadelphia.cbslocal.com reports that Wing Bowl co-founder Angelo Cataldi has extended his contract with radio station WIP.
John "Oink Oink" Bradley won a wing off at the WIP studio this morning to become the first person to qualify for Wing Bowl 26. A song about "Oink Oink" produced for his episode of The Practitioners is also available.
WIP officially announced that Wing Bowl 26 will take place on Friday February 2, 2018. A division for first responders has been added. Tickets will go on sale starting December 14.
The Wing Bowl 26 logo has been added to the top of the Wing Bowl home page, http://wingbowl.cbslocal.com/. No other changes appear to have been made to the website.
Metro.us has an article about Breandan "Skin & Bones" Lyman, who finished 5th in the 2016 Wing Bowl, competing in Sunday's Philadelphia Marathon. With a time of 2:36 in last year's marathon, he is probably the fastest competitive eater/runner.

PhillyVoice has an article about "Arson" Arnie Adkins, who qualified for Wing Bowl 25, but will not compete after being diagnosed with a brain aneurysm for which he will undergo surgery next month. "Arson" Arnie started his Wing Bowl career in Wing Bowl 3.
NJ.com has a review of "Snow on the Barb Wire", the recently published autobiography by Bill "El Wingador" Simmons. The five time Wing Bowl champion will give a talk about his book in the Philly Author Series on February 9.

A one on one matchup between Molly Schuyler and Bill “El Wingador” Simmons was announced this morning for Wing Bowl 25 in Philadelphia on February 3. Ric Flair and Coolio will be the guests. Tickets go on sale at WingBowl25.com at 9am Eastern.

Tickets for Wing Bowl 25 will go on sale on December 13 at 9am on comcasttix.com. Rules have yet to be posted online, but the prizes indicate there will be a "Legends" category awarding a Harley and no prizes restricted to locals. There will be 3 Wing Offs in January.
5 time WIP Wing Bowl champion Bill "El Wingador" Simmons has published a book titled Snow on the Barb Wire about the path that led to his incarceration for narcotics distribution and his quest for redemption. He has also started a website at elwingador.com and a twitter at @elwingador. (via comment)
I do not have all the details at this point, but it appears that Wing Bowl 25 will have a format change that will lock out Molly Schuyler from defending her title.

"Swallow Your Pride", a documentary about the 2005 Wing Bowl, can be viewed in full on youtube. The film traces the preparations of several competitors in that event including Bill "El Wingador" Simmons and Bob Shoudt.
TollMan Joe's in South Philadelphia opens today. The bar is named after Wing Bowl 8 winner "Tollman" Joe Paul, who passed away in 2012.
