Miami.eater.com reports that Joshua Woodward, former owner of 8 Oz. Burger Bar, is expected to be sentenced to nine years in prison after pleading no contest to charges of attempted murder for attempting to induce a miscarriage of his former mistress in 2009. The restaurant held an 8 pound burger challenge.
