Gideon Oji, George Chiger, Crazy Legs Conti and Larell Marie Mele are expected to compete in Friday's Nathan's qualifier in Times Square. The competition is part of a "Hot Dogs in the City" exhibition that features a 65 foot long hot dog that can rise up and shoot confetti.
The Sheboygan, WI Brat Days festival will return in August after taking a hiatus in 2023. On August 3, the bratwurst eating contest will award $300/$150/$50 to the top 3 finishers.
Macayo's will hold a chimichanga eating contest on September 28 awarding $2000/$1000/$500. Entrants will need to qualify by eating a 5 pound chimichanga before August 28 at one of its Phoenix area location. The fastest time at each restaurant will qualify for the finals.
