MLive reports that the Food Network will record a segment about the Fifth Third burger at the Muskegon-Rockford high school football game on Friday. 1939 Fifth Third burgers were sold in 2009 and 1314 were purchased this year. The challenge has been completed successfully a total of 483 times.
The commercial for Wednesday's Sacramento Man vs. Food episode about the "Knucklehead Challenge" is now out. A picture of Jessica "Queen of Cuisine" competing in a Knucklehead eating contest appears in the clip.
A new Food Network program focusing on carnivorous meals titled Meat & Potatoes will debut tonight. Tonight's episode features sandwiches and the October 15 episode is titled "Supersized Meat" and will have segements about a 10 pound burrito in Kansas City, a 10 pound chicken fried steak meal in Fort Worth and a 5 pound burger in Springfield Oregon.
