The Hi Desert Star has an article about Naader Reda eating 33 pancakes in 80 minutes at the Denny's in Yucca Valley, CA. Reda was denied $1,260 for finishing a pho challenge in Las Vegas due to his status as a "professional" eater.

Tonight's episode of Man v Food: Nation will feature food trucks. The challenge will be the six pound burrito from the White Rabbit Truck in Los Angeles, which has only been finished by Aaron Ybarra and Naader Reda. The Taco Bus in Tampa will be another visited restaurant.

Red Bluff Daily News reports that Tomas Loarca won Saturday's corn dog eating contest at the Tehama District fair with a total of 15 corn dogs in 7 minutes.
