Registration will open tomorrow at 2pm eastern on IFOCE.com for the World Bratwurst Eating Championship in Cincinnati on September 17.
Toledo Free Press announces that the Smoke on the Water will hold cole slaw and pulled pork eating contests in downtown Toledo on August 5 and 6. Both contests will award prize packages with a listed value of $500.
"Tiny" Tim Rauscheder won a contest at The Happy Dog in Cleveland by eating 27 hot dogs in 10 minutes (the contest ran out of hot dogs) and Randy Santel won a competition held at Up Dog in Independence, Missouri by eating 21 hot dogs in 10 minutes.
