Wooshop Films produced a video about the Maccabee sandwich eating contest held at Delicatessen in Philadelphia won by David Brunelli.
Barnaby's of Ridley, PA will hold a wing eating contest Thursday night awarding $250 to the winner.
The Abbaye in Philadelphia will host a vegan Wing Bowl on February 5.
Qdobas in Milwaukee and Pittsburgh will hold burrito eating contests on February 5. The times from the two contests will be compared and the overall winner will receive a flat screen TV.
A podcast of Takeru Kobayashi's appearance on 610 WIP this morning is available. Kobayashi talked about appearing (but not competing in) Wing Bowl 19 and oversaw the in-studio Wing Off won by Jason "The Shocker" Hall.
