update 2:10 Thomas V Marino has a picture of a victorious Joey Chestnut. Bob Shoudt was apparently the runner-up. Marino also has a picture of Badlands Booker competing in the contest despite being announced as a participant in the Patriots Place Nathan’s qualifier.

The contest should start at 1:30 pm eastern.

Lehigh Valley Live has a preview listing Juliet Lee and Crazy Legs Conti as expected entrants in addition to previously announced competitors.

The Morning Call and Philly.com (via email) have previews of Saturday's cheesesteak eating contest at Dorney Park in Allentown, PA.
Chickie's & Pete's, site of the Wing Bowl weigh-ins, will hold a pizza eating contest for charity on May 21 awarding $1000 (or a Bermuda cruise) to the winner and $500 to the runner up. Entrants will need to raise $500 in ticket sales or donations.
