A casting call has been placed for "Man v. Food: New Orleans". The program will record tomorrow and Wednesday. update Jan 23 The program was actually "Super Bowl Tailgate Takeover" hosted by Adam Richam that will be televised Jan 30 on the Travel Channel.
The January 27 episode of Fox's "The Cleveland Show", titled "The Wide World of Cleveland Show" will have a competitive eating segment taking place in Japan.
NJ.com has an article about Bill "El Wingador" Simmons and his lack of involvement in Wing Bowl 21. Simmons says he has yet to be indicted on his drug trafficking charge and still plans to continue with his "America's Biggest Eater" television project.

Top 100 metro areas not visited by Man v. Food
Man v. Food debuted on December 3, 2008. Over the next four seasons, the now-cancelled program would visit most major American cities over 87 episodes, but several notable metropolitan areas were bypassed. (Three cities with a pro sports team would not appear on the show: Houston, Orlando and Jacksonville.)
