A web page for Pat Bertoletti and Tim Brown’s food truck has been set up at http://www.gluttonforcefive.com/ (Sir Snugglesworth, Partybot and Pink Unicorn are the other team members.) The truck is offering a sandwich eating challenge awarding $500 to a customer that can beat Pat or Tim’s time. A facebook with a picture of the back of the truck and twitter have also been started. The facebook for Bartolini's announces that Bob "Killer" Kuhns finished the 10 pound meatball sub challenge in 48:04, less than half of the previous record of an hour and forty minutes.
The list of professionals expected to compete in Sunday's meatball eating contest in Midlothian, IL sponsored by Bartolini's has been posted and includes Joe Menchetti, Tom Gilbert, Bob Kuhns and Pete Czerwinski, who will be filmed by German television for an upcoming program.

A press release announces Bartolini's meatball eating contest on July 17 in Midlotian, IL (south Chicago area). The professional contest will award $3,950 in cash ($2,000 to the winner) and the amateur division will award $1075 in Bartolini's gift cards. Entrants will qualify for the contest by eating 12 meatballs. This year's contest will be sanctioned by the Bartolini brothers.
