Since that time, she has not done any interviews, public appearances or social media posts I am aware of and has not competed in an eating contest since receiving a mystery disqualification (and getting completely removed from official contest reports) from the 2018 Nathan's finals. She remains ranked in the MLE top 50 at #16.
According to ratings announced today, 966,000 viewers watched Saturday's broadcast of the Nathan's finals on ESPN. Despite that number being the lowest since 2005 (860,000), it was the top rated original cable program for the day. The official rating was 0.32, down from 0.55 in 2019.

The fields for the 2020 Nathan's Famous hot dog eating contest have finally been announced. The big shock is that Geoff Esper is not competing with the men's field consisting of Joey Chestnut, Darron Breeden, Nick Wehry, George Chiger and Badlands Booker. This is the second consecutive surprise omission for Esper after he was left out of the Quarantine Challenge field. The women's field is as expected: Miki Sudo, Larell Marie Mele, Katie Prettyman, Julie Goldberg and Rene Rovtar.
State Fare in Catonsville, MD will hold a hot dog eating contest tomorrow awarding $500 to the winner.

Quarantine expansion puts Nathan’s field in doubt
New York governor Andrew Cuomo announced that he is expanding the list of states whose residents must self-quarantine for 14 days after arriving in his state, which will apparently prevent Matt Stonie (CA), Gideon Oji (GA) and Michelle Lesco (AZ) from competing in the 2020 Nathan’s Finals if they cannot get an exemption. Earlier today, Rich Shea appeared to confirm that Michelle Lesco will not be able to compete. Joey Chestnut is already in New York, so he is not affected by the directive.
