The top 4 from today’s Buffet Bowl contest at the Buffalo Wing Festival. The competition is first to finish five pounds of Buffalo food items.

James Webb wins Colorado State Fair Slopper contest
James Webb is the first person besides Geoff Esper to win the Slopper eating contest at the Colorado State Fair in the 2020s. Official results

Molly Schuyler ate 54 hot dogs at Cricket Car Hop in Stratford, CT to break her women's record for a hot dog eating contest and claim the $2,000 first prize.

If accurate, Max Stanford’s total of 34 would break the UK record of 32 set by Beard Meats Food in 2019, but there might have been a miscount.
update Ronnie Hartman announced he was third with 14.5 hot dogs, Max Stanford was the male winner, and Radim Dvoracek was the runner up.
MLE is billing today’s contest in Selsey, England at Seal Bay Resort as the first British Nathan’s qualifier, but there was an qualifier in Birmingham, England in 2005 using pork pies instead of hot dogs.
The competition won by Rob Burns was the subject of a documentary, “The Big Eat”, which can be viewed on youtube.
Nat vs Food ate 10.875 bowls of katsudon in 8 minutes and Miki Sudo ate 368 fish balls in 8 minutes to win the first two contests at Thailand Food Kingdom in Bangkok. The venue will hold 6 more competitions this weekend.

Andy Puhl ate 38 hot dogs in 10 minutes to win the first prize of $1,000 in Saturday's ShuBrew hot dog eating contest at the Zelienople, PA Horse Trading Days festival. Sean Yeager was runner up with 37 hot dogs.
Dan "Killer" Kennedy ate a record 35.75 corn dogs to win the first prize of $2,500 at Milo's Corn Dog Eating Contest at the California State Fair in Sacramento. Molly Schuyler was runner up with 33. update The Sacramento Bee has an article with full results. Naader Reda was 3rd with 10.75

Gabriel Davison ate a MOAB challenge burger in about two minutes to win the first prize of $500 in Saturday's eating contest at B-52 Burgers and Brews in Lakeville, MN. Ethan Teske was runner up.
Scott "Scott Eats" Wagner ate 27 hot dogs in 10 minutes to win Saturday's eating contest in Pendleton, OR. Some people were not happy that a "professional" eater won the competition.
Dale Boone ate 13 hot dogs to win Sunday's hot dog eating contest at Red's Beer Garden in Atlanta.
Eli Lessig ate 82 donut holes in 4 minutes to win the first prize of $1000 in the July 4 eating contest held at Paristown Point in Louisville.
Joey Chestnut wins 16th Nathan’s Famous title
The 2023 Nathan’s men’s contest has been cancelled due to lightning and rain. I am not sure why the 2020 contest setup could not be recreated in the second floor of Nathan’s Famous’ building and the competition held later today.
