Atlanta runner-up Ronnie Hartman and Brian Seiken are also expected to compete. Maria "Edible" is also expected to attend (but possibly not compete). NJ.com reports that Crazy Legs Conti will compete in the Nathan's qualifier at State Fair Meadowlands on June 29. An unnamed competitor capable of 40+ hot dogs is also mentioned. update June 22 Atlanta runner-up Ronnie Hartman will also be competing and he has made a video about the qualifier.
Dave Brunelli won the Curley Fry eating contest held at Morey's Piers in Wildwood, NJ with a total of 4.5 pounds in 5 minutes. Joe Menchetti was the runner-up.
Five Jake's Wayback Burgers locations will hold Triple Triple Burger eating contests Saturday: Ventura, CA, Stoughton, MA, Worcester, MA, Medford, OR and Little Ferry, NJ.

Wayne Algenio has a video of Sunday's hot dog eating contest for 3 person teams held at D & D Dawg's in Fair Lawn, NJ won by the "US Wonder Champs" with a total of 65 hot dogs in 12 minutes. The team consisted of Wayne "Wonder" Algenio, Dave "US Male" Goldstein and Will "the Champ" Millender".
The New Jersey State Barbecue Championship will hold a wing eating contest for three person teams in North Wildwood, NJ on July 13 awarding $2,500 to the winning trio.
Curley’s Fry Eating Contest at Morey's Piers in Wildwood, NJ will move to Father's Day, June 16, after being held on July 4 in previous years. The contest will continue to award $500 to the winner.
