McDonald used his winnings from the 2013 Wing Bowl to start Bear's Smokehouse in Hartford, CT.

Independent reports that police are searching for a couple that ordered 12 burgers at Bite Me Burger in Marlborough, Wiltshire, ate them in under 6 minutes, then walked out without paying the £174 bill. The pair claims the the meal should have been free since they completed the restaurant's burger challenge, but the business' owner says the offer was not in effect since it had to be pre-booked.
