The group Direct Action Everywhere has taken credit for and produced a video of their stage invasion of the Nathan’s finals at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3YViml5lXo. First a woman climbs on stage and throws fake blood on Crazy Legs Conti (Dan “Big Cat” Katz also gets hit). During the commotion, a blonde woman and two males climb on stage. The Daily Mail has an article about the incursion.

Juan Rodriguez accuses Erik Denmark of “Pocket Dog Gate”
On twitter, Juan “More Bite” Rodriguez accuses Erik “The Red Denmark” of “Pocket Dog Gate”. While Carmen Cincotti’s video shows Erik Denmark inserting his hand in his pocket immediately following the Nathan’s Washington, DC qualifier (around the 14:20 mark), it is not 100% clear if he had a hot dog in his hand. Denmark was credited with 32 hot dogs for the contest, which edged out Steve Hendry by one hot dog for the wild card.

On Saturday, Nela Zisser did the "Man" vs. Burger contest at Goodtime Burgers in Sydney and appears to have won the $500 first prize. Nela also did a Domino Pizza contest vs. Kate Ovens via youtube (Nela video | Kate video).
Crazy Legs Conti faced off against a Daily Mail employee in a Nathan's hot dog eating contest streamed on facebook video today. George Shea was also present.
Wayne Algenio produced a video of him facing off against Thomasina Owch of Singapore in a race to finish the curry challenge at Kenka in New York City.

Three women faced off in a hot dog eating contest on yesterday's episode of the Jerry Springer Show. At the conclusion, the competition devolved into a food fight (and almost an actual fight).
Molly Schuyler has uploaded a video of her eating the five pound "747" burrito at Habanero's in Lee's Summit, MO in 1:37, 13 seconds faster than Matt Stonie needed to finish the Burritozilla at Iguana's Tacqueria.
There was a donut eating contest between Khalil Roundtree and Cory Hendricks on last night's episode of The Ultimate Fighter on Fox Sports 1. The loser had to have makeup applied. Guinness World Records has a clip from an Italian television program where "Furious" Pete Czerwinski and two challengers attempted to break the record for eating a 12 inch pizza (a fork and knife is required). The record has since been broken by Filipino Kelvin Medina with a time of 23.62 seconds.
