Today is one year from the start of Matt Stonie's competitive eating career at a spaghetti eating contest in Portsmouth, NH.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that Paul Chapman will be attempting the Slapshot Challenge consisting of 15 sliders and a large fries and milkshake at JP's in Durham, NH on tonight's episode of Man vs. Food: Nation and claims the challenge has been renamed "Chappy's Challenge" after he finished it in 23 minutes. Matt Stonie finished the challenge in 8:35, but has not been added to the online wall of fame, which calls it the "Andy Bo Challenge".
