Registration is now open for the first event by Ultimate Eating Championship, the new organization founded by former Man v Food host Casey Webb. The competition will take place at the Shed in Ocean Springs, MS from January 14 to 17. Entrants will need to pay $50 with no guarantee of getting a spot. No prizes are listed. The 2026 Fat Shack 5K Challenge will be held in Colorado on January 10. The top 3 will receive $2500/$1500/$1000. Entrants will need to qualify before November 30 by eating a Whole Fat Shack Sandwich, a Classic Double Cheeseburger, a Side of French Fries, 12 Mac N’ Cheese bites, and 5 Deep-Fried Oreos in under 15 minutes.
