The Hampton Beach, NH Seafood Festival will hold its lobster roll eating contest awarding $600/$250/$150 to the top three on September 7. Last year's competition was marred by a choking incident requiring Governor Chris Sununu to apply the Heimlich Maneuver to a competitor.
