Mashed has a video titled "The Damaging Effects Food Challenges Have On Your Body" which includes footage of the Nathan's Finals and Michelle Lesco's Guinness record attempts. The video cites research by Brian Wansink of the Cornell Food and Brand Lab that was found to be fraudulent.
