A commenter on bodybuilding.com from Italy, "TearsOfIce", started a thread about her desire to attempt eating challenges. She cites Furious Pete and Molly Schuyler as her inspirations.

Star.co.UK has an article about Adrian Morgan's plans to use Henderson's Relish, produced in Sheffield, England, in next month's World Oyster Eating Championship in New Orleans. The article incorrectly claims that "The Rabbit" has already qualified for the Nathan's finals.
A restaurant called "Man vs. Food" will open in London tomorrow. Customers will receive a free first round of drinks.

Rebels' Smokehouse in Beverley, Yorkshire, England will hold World Record Eating Championship Week from March 23 to March 27. Records customers can attempt include Molly Schuyler's 72 ounce steak in 2:44 and Sonya Thomas' 9 pound burger in 27 minutes.
