(via Man vs. Food facebook) A youtube channel has been started documenting Stephanie Torres eating challenges. Videos of her completion of a 7 pound “Extreme Grizzly” burrito in 18 minutes from Marianito’s in San Antonio and a spicy “Four Horsemen Burger” from Chunky’s Burgers (also in San Antonio) in 3 minutes are available.
This gives Stephanie Torres four successful eating challenges since December 2009. She also finished the 72 ounce steak from the Big Texan and the B3 Burrito from the NASCAR Cafe.

The British newspaper Daily Mail has an article titled “Welcome to Fatville” about the reaction of Huntington, West Virginia to being featured in Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution series. There are several pictures of the eating challenges offered by Hillbilly Hot Dogs, one having the following caption:

There are targets for Oliver much closer to home; thestar.co.uk has a report about 6ft 9in, 23-stone (322 lbs.) James “Lurch” Rastrick becoming the first to complete a 5-6 kg (11 – 13.2 pound) kebab in Sheffield.

A forum thread on twoplustwo.com is documenting a bet on an attempt to eat 450 hot dogs during the month of April (15 hot dogs a day) (via Michael Fortenberry)
A male commenter on AmpleCuties says he intends to eat 36 hot dogs in 10 minutes during a webcam session, and then 50 HDB at the Hartford Nathan’s qualifier and 70 at Coney Island on July 4.

The Dayton Daily News has an article about southwest Ohio eating challenges which calls the 14 pound "Bill Clinton Divorce Finale" from Voltzy's the "granddaddy" of area challenge meals. HearUsTalk produced a video of Pat “from Moonachie” Philbin attempting to eat five sandwiches from the “grease trucks” on the campus of Rutgers University in under 45 minutes.
update Adam Richman had the following response to Pat’s feat: “Yeah but does he have the dopest TV show on the planet? I’m gonna go with…no.” (via DJnewstyle, who was blocked by Adam Richman)
