Joey Chestnut did an interview for Action Network about his attempt to break his popcorn eating record on Monday in Terre Haute, IN. He says he will be doing a hot dog eating contest somewhere on July 4, but he is not sure if it will be at Nathan's Famous. update Joey also did an interviews with ClutchPoints The Blast in which he says he thinks his return to Nathan's this year is unlikely.

The yelp page for the Los Angeles location of Stonie Bowls, Matt Stonie's restaurant focusing on poke bowl, has been updated to report that it has closed. All of the other locations appear to have closed according to UberEats. Stonie Bowls opened in 2022 as a "virtual restaurant" that only offered delivery and carryout.

Notorious BOB uploaded a video of his attempt at the fish and chips challenge at Eric's Fish and Chips in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire in 2024. "Da Garbage Disposal" also attempted the challenge. The meal took place after Bob set records for two other restaurant challenges in the previous four hours.

The format is similar to "Hot Ones", but instead of a hot wing gauntlet, guests will attempt a speed or capacity challenge while they are being interviewed.
